Can I place an order by check?

Product may be ordered by check on US Funds only.   Send check payable to the Youth Enterprise Zone, C/O Outlet Connection, 4305 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.    Please include name, address, city, state, zip, phone, email address and selected product.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (with only a few exceptions for out-of-stock situations).   Please allow at least 7-14 business days for delivery after shipment within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders may take longer .   During our busy season from November to January, please allow an extra week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Are there additional charges for Canadian orders?

Canadian orders are shipped UPS and may be subject to an extra charge imposed by the Canadian government.
