The Outlet Connection is the home base for all our retail ventures. Financed by the Alcoa Foundation, it's where our teens take charge and learn tremendous skills as they manage the day-to-day inventory and sales of everything from clothing and housewares to stationary, toys and holiday items. All proceeds go towards scholarships for our teens and back into Youth Enterprise programs that ensure the skills our kids need for success in the real world.
