RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased from the Youth Enterprise Zone and the Outlet Connection may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and must be in original packaging.   Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of any opened CD.   Anti-piracy regulations require this because product can be copied.  

Damaged or defective products may be returned within 30 days for same title replacement.
